  1. Ice cream mix and air are pumped into the freezing cylinder
  2. Built-in compressor rapidly cools the mixture (Freon system)
  3. Agitator blends air evenly for smooth texture
  4. Stainless steel scraper prevents ice buildup on inner walls
  5. Finished ice cream is discharged continuously
